First time every doing this kind of treatment, Kathleen was great first had a telephone consultation, prior the appointment to check the appointment woukd be suitable enough,for me.
On arrival Kathleen was very friendly and puts you at ease asap,explained everything too me, and then made sure I was comfortable and a lovely heated seat n blanket.
Very relaxing offered a 4/5 min mediation before treatment started.
After treatment took few moments to explain a few pointers which was good for me as a first timer.
